We had a great experience at Holiday Inn Express! The room wasvery comfy and tidy, offering a much-needed rest after a long day of travel. The buffet breakfast was very good, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The location of the hotel was perfect, conveniently situated near a train station and a fantastic shopping mall. we highly recommend Holiday Inn Express for a great stay.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and professional. The location is very convenient, with a shopping center just a short walk away. The breakfast was of a high standard and offered a good range of options. The rooms were modern and comfortable.

The hotel offered a comfortable bed and the breakfast was delicious. The food was well presented and the staff constantly replenished and cleaned the area. It was nice to see the tables properly wiped down. The location of the hotel was also convenient for my business trip, being close to my workplace. I appreciated the availability of free WiFi and the large mugs provided in the room.
The hotel failed to meet some expectations. There were also instances of banging on the walls, which required management intervention.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, making it easy for us to catch our flight. it is in a prime location near Macquarie Shopping Centre and the train station, providing easy access to all the places we wanted to visit. The staff was also helpful in giving directions and ensuring we found our way around.
There was a lack of available parking for guests, which was a bit frustrating, especially for those who had driven from out of town.

We loved this place! It’s located in a great commercial area, and there are 2 railway stations nearby which was really convenient. The Macquarie shopping centre is also just a stone's throw away from here. The room was astounding and came equipped with coffee and tea-making facilities, a sitting area, a flat-screen TV, and an electric kettle. The hotel also offers laundry, room service, and grocery shopping services. The soundproofed rooms were so quiet, and we slept like babies. We also enjoyed the fitness centre and the bar/lounge area was perfect to unwind after a long day of exploring.
A small complaint we had was that the staff could do with improving their customer service skills and being a bit more friendly. However, this hotel is perfect for families who want to stay in a convenient location with great amenities.
